Perfect for grilling your signature dishes, steaks, burgers, vegetables, and more, this unit a workhorse ready to tackle diverse menus and high-volume demand. Built with standard insulation and adjustable, counterbalanced roll-back hood, this unit provides excellent heat control. Plus, it is built with a front and rear cast iron frame for heat retention.

    The one position grid and heavy grid roller allows for easy movement so staff can easily flip food for even cooking. To keep cooked food warm, fresh, and ready to serve, this charcoal broiler has a top-mounted open warming shelf above the hood. Exceptionally durable, this charcoal broiler is built with a heavy gauge steel body and stainless steel front. The other surfaces are painted black with electrolytic zinc undercoating for aesthetic appeal.
