Designed to provide excellent heat control, it features an adjustable, counterbalanced roll-back hood while the front and rear cast iron frame of the cooking hearth ensures outstanding heat retention.

    For even cooking, this unit features heavy duty cast iron grid slides and a heavy grid roller for easy movement. Moreover, this charcoal broiler has a top-mounted open warming shelf above the hood to keep prepared food items warm and fresh before serving. Built with strength and integrity in mind, this charcoal broiler has a stainless steel body with stainless steel front as well as a heavy duty steel hearth plate that withstands high temperatures, Other surfaces are painted black with electrolytic zinc undercoating, adding a professional look suitable for any food venue setting.
