    Whether you're baking brick-style oven pizzas, breads, or pastries, the Moretti Forni AMALFI B1X Single Deck Electric Pizza Oven, 38" W x 29" D 7" H is perfect for the job. Engineered with a baking chamber made entirely in refractory brick, it accumulates and releases heat uniformly. Thanks to its rock wool heat insulation, it boasts incomparable temperature retention even with frequent door openings.

    For ease of use, this pizza deck oven is equipped with control panels and has 20 customizable programs to ensure perfectly baked items every time. Especially made for direct baking on the deck, this unit has electronic temperature management with independent adjustment of ceiling and floor. To easily monitor the baking process, it has a tempered viewing glass. Exceptionally durable, this electric pizza deck oven is made from stainless steel and has a stainless steel bottom-hinged door with thermoplastic handle.
