With ample deck space and a durable design, the Moretti Forni AMALFI B2X Double Deck Electric Pizza Oven, 38" W x 29" D 7" H can handle the most demanding production needs. Especially made for direct baking, this oven features baking chambers made of refractory brick that accumulate and release heat uniformly for even and thorough baking, perfect for authentic brick oven style pizza.
Thanks to its rock wool heat insulation, it maintains high temperatures while its control panels allow staff to adjust temperatures accordingly. In addition, It features 20 customizable programs and a tempered glass viewing window to observe the baking process. Made from stainless steel, this double deck electric oven pizza is exceptionally durable and has stainless steel bottom-hinged doors with thermoplastic handle for easy opening and closing. This double deck oven can accommodate twelve 12" pizzas or four 18" pizzas.
