This pizza deck oven is built with a refractory brick baking chamber that accumulates and releases heat uniformly for even and efficient baking. For unparalleled temperature retention, this unit has rock wool heat insulation while its electronic temperature management ensures ease of control.

    A highly versatile piece of equipment, this pizza oven is equipped with control panels and has 20 customizable programs so you can bake brick style pizza, artisan breads and more. For convenient loading and unloading, this oven is built with a bottom-hinged door with thermoplastic handles. Thanks to its tempered glass viewing window and halogen interior lighting, staff can watch over the pizzas throughout the entire baking process.
