With ample deck space and a durable design, the Moretti Forni AMALFI D3 Triple Deck Electric Pizza Deck Oven 46" W x 44" D x 7" H can handle the most demanding production needs. Featuring refractory brick baking chambers, this unit accumulates and releases heat evenly, perfect for baking brick-style oven pizza, artisan breads, and other pastries.
Thanks to its rock wool heat insulation, it has excellent temperature retention while its control panels allow staff to easily adjust temperatures. It has 20 customizable programs and a tempered glass viewing window to observe the baking process. For easy loading and unloading of baked goods, this deck oven is built with stainless steel bottom-hinged doors with thermoplastic handles. Made from stainless steel, this triple deck electric pizza oven is exceptionally durable. This double deck oven can accommodate thirty-six 12" pizzas or fifteen 18" pizzas.
