Designed to provide outstanding performance, this unit cooks brick oven style pizza in less than a minute and has a maximum heating capacity of up to 950°F. The baking chamber is entirely made of refractory bricks with coiled heating elements inserted inside the ceiling and floor bricks for the perfect heat calibration while high-density insulation ensures the maximum energy efficiency. This unique pizza oven has numerous features that put it in a class of its own. It has a moisture system that ensures the proper level of moisture in the baking chamber; Cool-Around technology that keeps the heat inside the chamber while the external surfaces remain cold; Eco-Standby technology that sets the oven on standby during work pauses, and even a self-cleaning feature to keep the unit in pristine condition.

Perfect for fast-paced, high volume pizzerias, bakeries, and restaurants, this brick deck oven can bake up to six 12" pizzas at once, and up to 200 pizzas per hour. For ease of use, it has an electronic temperature control with 20 customizable programs.
