Engineered with a double-layer refractory brick baking surface, it releases heat uniformly while maintaining high temperatures. Ideal for producing perfectly baked brick-oven style pizza and artisan bread, this unit heats up to 840°F and has rock wool heat insulation to maintain high temperatures even with frequent door openings.

This commercial pizza deck oven can accommodate up to seven 12" or two 18" pizzas at a time. To conveniently monitor the baking process, this oven is built with a tempered glass viewing window on the stainless steel door. Exceptionally durable, this single deck gas pizza oven is built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminate steel top and side internal structure.
