Featuring baking chambers made of double-layer refractory brick, this unit accumulates and releases high heat uniformly for even and thorough baking. Engineered with rock wool heat insulation, it maintains high temperatures even with frequent door openings.

    With ample deck space, this pizza oven can accommodate up to (21) 12" or (6) 18" pizzas at a time, perfect for the most demanding production needs. Thanks to its tempered glass viewing window, staff can observe the baking process without the need to open the stainless steel bottom-hinged door. Made with a stainless steel exterior with the interior top and sides made of aluminate steel, this triple deck gas pizza oven is exceptionally durable for years of heavy duty use.
