Use the Moretti Forni P110G B3 Triple Deck Gas Pizza Oven 44" W x 44" D x 7" H for baking , hearth-style pizzas, artisan breads, and pastries. Engineered with a baking chamber entirely in a double layer of refractory brick, it accumulates and distributes heat uniformly, producing perfectly baked items every time while its temperature of 840°F will cook your pizzas very quickly. In addition, it features rock wool heat insulation that retains heat even with frequent door openings.

To conveniently monitor the baking process, each deck is built with a tempered glass viewing window and a stainless steel bottom-hinged door. Exceptionally durable, this triple deck gas pizza oven is made from high quality stainless steel with an interior aluminate steel top and side structure. This pizza oven accommodates a total of thirty-three 12" or fifteen 18" pizzas.
