With quick bake times, fast recovery, and outstanding efficiency, the Moretti Forni P120E A1X Single Deck Electric Pizza Oven, 49" W x 26" D x 7" H is an excellent addition to bakeries, pizzerias, and restaurants. Engineered with a refractory brick baking surface, it accumulates and releases heat uniformly for perfectly baked brick-oven style pizza, artisan breads and more, every time. Thanks to its rock wool heat insulation, it boasts incomparable temperature retention even with frequent door openings.
For ease of use, this pizza oven has 20 customizable programs and an independent adjustment for the floor and the ceiling. To easily monitor the baking process, it has a tempered viewing glass. Exceptionally durable, this electric single deck pizza oven is made from stainless steel with with an interior aluminate steel top and side structure. This pizza oven accommodates up to eight 12" or two 18" pizzas which cook quickly thanks to its high temperature capabilities of up to 840°F.
