For ease of use, this pizza oven features 20 customizable programs and has independent adjustment of ceiling and floor. To easily monitor the baking process, it has a tempered glass viewing window on each door, and halogen interior lighting. For easy loading and unloading, this oven is built with stainless steel bottom-hinged doors.
