The Allied Metal MDC4 Stainless Steel Blade 4-1/4" Disc is made for use with the MDC24 and MDC30 disc rods. Useful for cutting dough for breadsticks, cookies, rolls and other baked goods, each disc blade is made of hard stainless steel and features it's own adjustable rivet.

This enables bakers to screw the disc on the rod and set each blade to its own dimensions, thereby creating their own unique disc cutter that can be used for any specific baking purpose.

It depends on your application, ex: (cut 2 inches or 3 inches the cutters could be adjusted to whatever distance your application requires.
