Jamaican Jerk Pork Burger

Ingredients


Pork Shoulder
Ground Chuck
Jerk Spice Rub
Jerk BBQ Sauce
Pepper Jack Cheese
Bun
Mayonaisse
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion

Directions


Rub pork shoulder with Jerk BBQ rub. Place in 275 degree smoker for 6-8 hours until it pulls easily. Place 1/3 pound ground chuck patty on the grill for 6 minutes, 3 each side. Add pulled pork to top of burger. Add Jerk BBQ sauce. Add Jack Cheese over top of Pork. Serve on a bun with mayonaisse, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
