Grill ribs, burgers, hot dogs, or chicken with the Star 5124CF Star-Max 24" Electric Charbroiler with Removable Cast Iron Grids. Featuring highly efficient 6600 watts of heating power, this unit is designed to provide excellent heating and control, perfect for preparing a variety of items. For even heat distribution, it offers two types of heat transfer: radiation direct from elements, and conduction through the grates, for maximum cooking performance.
A practical choice for high volume operations, it comes with high performance, incoloy sheath type heating elements that provide high speed charbroiling. Thanks to its infinite control, this charbroiler allows for precise temperature control. For easy cleanup, this unit has removable heavy duty cast iron grates, large capacity water pan, and tapered splash guards to protect walls from stains. Built with a stainless steel top, pan, and front, this electric charbroiler is exceptionally durable and its adjustable legs ensure stability on any countertop space.
