Thanks to its snap-action thermostat, operation is simple and intuitive, allowing staff to adjust temperatures between 150°F and 450°F.

The cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bullnose knob protection ensures safe operation. To protect walls from oil stains and splashes, this countertop griddle is built with a wrap-around stainless steel splash guard. Easy to clean, this unit comes with a grease trough, grease chute, and large stainless steel grease drawer.
