An excellent addition to delis, cafes and food trucks, this fryer boasts high wattage, and outstanding heating efficiency for fast cooking and has an oil capacity of 15 lb. per pot. This countertop fryer uses immersion-type heating elements to provide even heat distribution throughout each fry tank.
For easy clean up, the elements tilt back and the stainless steel kettles are conveniently removable. To easily adjust the temperature according to food specifications, this unit is equipped with a snap-action thermostat. For added safety and convenience, it is engineered with a built-in high limit safety switch that automatically turns off the fryer if it gets too hot. This countertop double pot fryer comes with two baskets and is built with a rust resistant, easy to clean, exceptionally durable stainless steel body.
