Engineered with 1" thick chrome plated griddle plate, this unit heats evenly across the surface. Powered by 28,300 BTU aluminized U-shaped steel burners for every 12" of cooking surface, it delivers even heat distribution for superior cooking performance. Equipped with modulating thermostat controls, staff can precisely adjust temperatures between 150°F to 450°F.

The cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bullnose knob protection ensures safe operation. To protect walls from oil stains and splashes, this countertop griddle is built with a tapered splash guard while the spatula wide grease trough and grease chute ensures easy cleaning. Built for long-lasting commercial use, this heavy duty gas countertop griddle features a stainless steel front panel and double wall aluminized steel side panels.
