Boasting a powerful 28,300 BTU aluminized U-shaped burner for every 12" of griddle plate, this unit delivers superior heating and even heat distribution. The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate provides excellent heat retention and fast recovery, perfect for fast-paced, high volume food venues.
Equipped with embedded electric snap-action thermostat, it allows for convenient and precise temperature control. For added safety, this unit comes with a safety pilot for each burner. Thanks to its tapered splash guard, your walls are protected from oil splashes and stains while its spatula wide front grease trough and grease chute makes clean up a breeze. Exceptionally durable, this gas griddle is built with a rust-resistant stainless steel front panel and double wall aluminized steel side panels.
