The Star 648TF Star-Max Gas Griddle with Thermostatic Controls and Safety Pilot, Steel Plate 48" provides outstanding cooking performance in a compact design. An essential addition to any high volume foodservice establishments, this unit boasts 28,300 BTU U-shaped aluminized burner every 12" of cooking surface for superior heat distribution. Thanks to its 1" thick stainless steel griddle plate, it provides excellent heat retention and fast recovery for your busiest shifts.
Equipped with a modulating thermostat controls, staff can precisely adjust temperatures while its cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bullnose front provides knob protection. To keep your work area clean and sanitary, this gas griddle is built with a tapered splash guard to protect walls from stains and splashes. The spatula wide front grease trough, grease chute, and grease drawer ensures quick and convenient clean up. Built with a stainless steel front panel and double wall aluminized side panels, this gas griddle will withstand years of commercial use.
