An impressive cooking solution for diners, concession stands and food trucks, it uses lava rock and has a high 200,000 BTU heating power for excellent cooking performance. Each cast iron burner is individually controlled for complete control over cooking temperatures while its cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bullnose protects the manual controls for a comfortable work area.

The adjustable grates can be positioned flat or inclined to adjust the distance between the heat and the food. For easy cleanup, it comes with a large capacity water pan and has a tapered splash guard to protect the walls from oil splashes and stains. Built with high quality stainless steel, this lava rock charbroiler is exceptionally durable while its countertop design makes it ideal for commercial kitchens with limited space.
