The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate delivers superior heat retention and even distribution for superior cooking performance.

Equipped with mechanical snap-action thermostats, it uses sensors embedded from the cooking surface for precise temperature control. To keep the work area clean and sanitary, this gas griddle is built with a rear and side splash guard to protect counters and walls from oil stains and splashes. Easy to clean, this unit comes with a grease trough and grease drawer.
