A must-have in grill bars and restaurants, the Star 872TA Ultra-Max Countertop Gas Griddle with Snap Action Thermostatic Controls 72" is perfect for cooking steaks, burgers, grilled cheese, and more. Designed to deliver outstanding cooking performance, it features a 1" thick highly polished steel griddle plate for excellent heat retention and fast recovery. Powered by 30,000 BTU burners every 12" of cooking surface, it provides superior heating and even heat distribution. The mechanical snap-action thermostat controls use sensors embedded from the cooking surface for precise temperature adjustment.
To protect walls from oil stains and splashes, this griddle is built with a rear and side splash guard. For quick and convenient clean up, it comes with a grease trough and grease drawer. Built for long-lasting use in any commercial food venue, this gas countertop griddle has a rust-resistant, highly durable stainless steel base.
