Use the Vollrath 47097 Jacob's Pride French Whisk with Nylon Handle 24" for making whipped cream, fluffy omelets, or for whisking thick batters. Featuring balloon-shaped wires, this whip easily eliminates lumps for smooth consistency and aerates liquids for a fluffy result. Thanks to their stainless steel construction, these wires are rust and corrosion resistant while the center reinforcement wire prevents bending, twisting, and deforming.
For ease of use, this ergonomic French whisk has a nylon handle that resists heat up to 475°F while its completely-sealed one-piece construction eliminates bacteria-prone food traps. The comfort nubs on the handle provide a secure grip while its knob end prevents slippage while in use.
