Attractive and functional, this product features a cast aluminum body which heats quickly and evenly to ensure that your dishes stay at food safe temperatures, while its epoxy coating provides a traditional look that is appealing enough to be used for buffets and other self-serve stations.
This piece is equipped with recessed temperature controls to enable your staff to conveniently adjust the heat levels while preventing guests from accidentally changing the setting. For easy placement and stability, this product is built with four durable legs. This set comes complete with an 11 Qt. inset cover with a hinged lid to keep the heat in as well as to protect the food from airborne contaminants, soup cards for easy identification, and a soup'r clip.
