Perfect for use in steak houses, restaurants, or pubs that are tight on space, the Vollrath GGHDM-24 Heavy Duty Countertop Griddle with Manual Controls 24" is a compact yet powerful cooking solution. This griddle features two stainless steel, U-shaped burners that use a total of 60,000 BTU, providing even heating across the polished welded griddle plate. Thanks to its manual controls, you can easily adjust the settings of each burner while its 24" cooking surface provides plenty of workspace during peak business hours.

Functional and exceptionally durable, this unit boasts a rust-resistant all stainless steel exterior, metal knobs, and knob guards that protect the gas valves from damage. To ensure excellent stability on any countertop surface, this heavy duty griddle is built with adjustable legs for easy leveling. Thanks to its extra heavy back and tapered sides splashes are contained, while its small-width grease tray is conveniently sized to fit into commercial dishwashers for fast cleanup.
