Thanks to its easy-to-use independent thermostatic controls, you can easily manipulate each burner for precise temperature adjustment.

The 24" cooking surface depth provides plenty of room for cooking high volumes of food during peak business hours. Exceptionally durable for years of reliable service, this griddle features a rust-resistant all stainless steel exterior, metal knobs, and knob guards that protect the gas valves from damage. To ensure safety, it is designed with a mechanical pilot that ensures the gas will automatically shut off if the pilot goes out. Easy to clean, this griddle comes with a small-width grease tray that is conveniently sized to fit into commercial dishwashers while its extra heavy back and tapered sides contain splashes to protect surrounding walls and countertops.
