The grinding assembly comes with a unique, patent-pending, see-through bowl with a cover and handle for a secure grip. The chopping assembly consists of a see-through bowl with two protected openings that allow you to add ingredients while in operation. Designed for chopping garlic, shallots, onions, and other leafy herbs, this assembly has a two-blade hub. Convenient to use, the blades, bowls, and covers are dishwasher safe for quick cleanup.
