This product boasts a 17" x 9-1/4" cooking surface with one side featuring a flat plate and ribbed plate on the other. Each plate is made from exceptionally durable cast-iron that heats quickly and evenly.

Thanks to its hinged auto-balancing top plate, this grill accommodates items up to 3" thick while its heat resistant handles eliminate the need for mitts or potholders. For precise control over its cooking temperature, it is equipped with an adjustable thermostat up to 570°F as well as a dual power switch and indicator lights for simple operation. Combining functionality, durability, and simple cleanup, this double Italian-style Panini/flat grill is made from brushed stainless steel with a removable drip tray and adjustable back feet for easy grease drainage.
