Designed with flat, smooth cast iron plates, this unit ensures complete contact with food for a consistent, even heat supply while its hinged, auto-balancing top plate allows it to accommodate foods up to 3" thick.
Thanks to its thermostatic controls, you can easily adjust the temperature of the grill up to 570°F. Combining efficiency, durability, and ease of use, this flat grill boasts a sturdy brushed stainless steel body and heat resistant handles for safe operation. When it's time to clean up, the back feet is adjustable for easy grease drainage and the drip tray can be removed and emptied quickly.
