Thanks to its polyethylene construction, these cutting mats are exceptionally durable, odor resistant, and will not dull knives.
These color-coded cutting mats prevent cross-contamination of foods by allowing you to coordinate each color to a specific food group: blue for seafood; green for vegetables and fruits; red for raw meat; yellow for poultry; white for dairy, and brown for cooked meat.
