    Does this pan need to be seasoned?

    It is recommended to season carbon steel pans. It is easy to do and instructions can be found on the internet.

    I'm wondering if this pan and/or any of your polished carbon steel pans are rated for oven use, and if so, to what temperature.

    The Winco carbon steel products are not recommended for oven use except if using in an oven for only 10 minutes at a temperature that does not exceed 250º C (482º F). It should be monitored closed and caution is advised as the entire product will become very hot. They are never microwave safe.
