    I love fresh breads... baguettes, rolls, rustic breads, and just about anything else. And when I want a fresh flatbread to go with my dinner, this bowl is perfect for the task. It's large enough for one or two portions, and quicker to clean than my larger mixing bowls.

    Note, while it is thick and durable, this bowl is a little too small to comfortably use with an electric mixer. For these tasks, I recommend at least the 5qt version available here: https://www.tigerchef.com/winco-mxbh-500-stainless-steel-5.html.
