Crescor Warranty Information:

  • Heavy Duty Radiglo Broiler 3 year limited- (See separate warranty statement)
  • Oven and Range Lifetime limited
  • Range top flame failure/ Tcouple devices shall carry a warranty for 90 days from the date of installation.
  • Refrigeration compressors 5 year limited- (factory authorized parts must be used or warranty will be void).
  • Compressor replacement maximum of 4 hours, refrigerant, condenser, labor time and component replacement must be preauthorized prior to work performed. Broilers with range top flame failure/Tcouple devices shall carry a warranty of 90 days from the date of installation.

 

This warranty does not apply in the event of the following:

  1. The equipment has been improperly installed. Proper installation, checkout and start-up are the responsibility of the installer, dealer or original purchaser. Improper installation includes, but is not limited to, use of inadequate electrical wiring, undersize gas lines, undersized refrigerant lines, insufficient or improper voltage, refrigerant, gas pressure, improper ventilation and units not properly leveled.
  2. The equipment is damaged by accident, flood, fire, act of God, terrorist or criminal act, misuse, transit, harsh chemical action, improper alteration, conversion, or modification.
  3. The rating plate has been obliterated or removed from the equipment.
  4. Household/residential installation and use. All Montague products are intended and approved for commercial use only.
  5.  Reasonable maintenance and care of equipment has not been provided.
  6. Gas valves that have not been maintained or lubricated on a semi-annual basis.
  7. Oven motors- subjected to any one or more of the following conditions: restricted air flow or improper ventilation, poor maintenance, water exposure, grease, excessive heat.
  8. Underfired Gas Broilers- The following parts are warranted for 6 months from the date of installation: Burners, Grates, and Grids.
