Loyalty Rewards

This exciting new program designed specifically for chefs, restaurateurs, caterers or anybody in the food service industry provides rewards for purchasing products or writing product reviews at TigerChef. With a huge product offering of all the highest quality and recognized brands in the restaurant supply industry, TigerChef has become the one stop shop for any commercial kitchen. In an effort to recognize the loyalty of our clients, Tigerchef is now providing rewards (i.e. points that can be redeemed for savings on purchases.)

There is no "qualification" for the program - everybody is eligible! Purchases made and product reviews written while you are logged in to your TigerChef account will earn points. If you do not yet have a TigerChef account, you can create one now at: Become a Tigerchef.

For placing an order:
For each dollar spent, you will earn 1 point. For every 100 points, you can save $1.00 on any subsequent order. Points become available 45 days after the transaction date. (Points based on orders that are subsequently cancelled or returned will not be eligible.) Dollars spent are defined by product purchases and do not apply to taxes or shipping or purchases made using gift certificates.

For writing a product review:
For each product review written, you will earn 200 points. If you upload a relevant image with your review, you will earn an additional 100 points. If you upload a relevant video with your review, you will earn an additional 800 points. You can also earn 50 points by commenting on an existing review. Reviews, images, videos or comments that are not approved will not earn points.

As soon as an eligible transaction is completed, the points are calculated and 45 days after the transaction date the points will appear in your profile in My Account. Review points become available when your review is approved. Your eligible points balance will also appear in the checkout page so that you can redeem eligible points during the checkout process of future purchases.

Track your points by logging in to your account. You will receive an email when your rewards become available. You can unsubscribe from notification emails in your account.

Rewards are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Rewards are only redeemable on product purchases on TigerChef.com and cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Points are only redeemable by customers who are paying standard website pricing. Customers who are members of buying groups or GPOs, or who place orders through sales representatives to receive discounted prices, are not eligible to receive or redeem points. We at TigerChef.com reserves the right to remove points from any customers who may have inadvertently received points. We at TigerChef.com reserve the right to determine who cannot receive points.
