Equipped with six straight burners totalling 90,000 BTU of heating power, this unit provides outstanding heating performance and even heat distribution. Each burner is individually controlled so staff can set each burner to a different temperature, great for cooking different food items at the same time.

The angled radiants direct heat towards the grates and food while its heavy duty cast iron reversible top grates produce tantalized grill marks. For easy clean up, excess grease and juices are collected in the removable grease trough. Built with efficiency and durability in mind, this radiant charbroiler boasts stainless steel front and sides while its countertop design makes it ideal for kitchens with limited floor space.
