Built for maximum efficiency, this unit boasts heavy duty cast iron burners with a total of 240K BTU of heating power. Perfect for demanding food establishments, it has a large stainless steel frypot with a 50 lb. fat capacity for large food items. It is equipped with a snap acting mechanical thermostat for easy operation and a large cool zone to prevent food particles from carbonizing, extending the life of your oil.
For added safety, it has a 100% gas shut-off when the temperature is out of a safe range. Made with stainless steel front and sides, this heavy duty gas fryer is rust resistant, easy to wipe clean, and will withstand years of commercial use. It comes with two nickel-plated baskets with cool-to-the-touch vinyl heat resistance coated handles.
