An excellent addition to butcher shops, delis, and supermarkets, this unit can process up to 1,325 lbs. of meat per hour, making it ideal for heavy duty use. It is built with a 16" x 12" feed pan to hold large quantities of meat at once.
For optimal grinding performance, this machine features a 3 HP motor with a 140 rotations per minutes. Easy to clean, it comes with a removable nickel plated cast iron mincing unit. Made from heavy duty 304 stainless steel, this meat grinder is easy to wipe clean, rust resistant, and exceptionally durable.
