Designed with six 32,000 BTU burners with independent controls, this unit is perfect for performing multiple tasks simultaneously. Thanks to its heavy duty, lift-off cast iron grates, it will support sauce pans, fry pans, and other cookware while its drip tray collects grease and food debris for easy cleanup.

    For added efficiency, the 3/4" thick right side griddle allows staff to cook bacon, eggs, pancakes and more. Best of all, this restaurant range is equipped with two 27,000 BTU ovens with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F for your baking and roasting needs. The ovens come with two chrome oven racks each, and multiple position rack guides for optimum flexibility. Exceptionally durable, this gas range is made from stainless steel and features 4 caster wheels.
