Combining convenience and usability, the Atosa AGR-8B 48" Gas Range. (8) Open Burners with (2) 20" Wide Ovens is an excellent addition to busy, high volume kitchens. Simultaneously make sauces, sides, and entrees on the eight open burners with 32,000 BTU each. Designed with outstanding cooking performance in mind, each burner has individual manual controls so staff can choose when each burner will be in use.
Easy to clean, it comes with a drip tray to catch grease and food debris. For added flexibility, this unit features two 27,000 BTU 20-inch wide standard ovens with a temperature range between 175°F to 550°F perfect for handling low volume baking and warming needs. To ensure safety, the oven pilot has a 100% safety shut off feature. Best of all, each oven has multiple position rack guides to accommodate a variety of food pans while its enamel interior ensures easy cleaning. A durable and reliable cooking solution, this gas range with oven has a stainless steel exterior and compact design making it ideal for use in commercial kitchens with limited space.
