Use the Cadco CBC-HH-L3-4 MobileServ Junior Mobile 2 Pan Hot Buffet Cart, 4" Deep Pans, Gray Panels to showcase your premium dishes to customers. It has two hot food wells that accommodate up to four 4" deep half-size steam pans, allowing staff to serve multiple dishes simultaneously.
Each well is individually controlled by variable heat control knobs to keep food warm and fresh. Thanks to it's clear Tritan roll top lids, this cart protects dishes from external contaminants for added safety and sanitation. Designed with three storage shelves, it has ample space for supplies like plates and glasses so staff will not have to back track into the kitchen. It also includes four drawers for plating, silverware, condiment, as well as a cold drawer. Easy to maneuver, this mobile cart has side handles and silent casters that glide smoothly across floor surfaces.
