Chinese Colanders

Chinese colanders are used to drain foods, such as water from pasta or for washing fruits and vegetables. They feature larger perforations than standard colanders, which enables foods to drain more quickly, and since they lack feet or handles, some find them easier to handle and maintain and they stack easily for storage. Chinese colanders are made of aluminum or stainless steel, and are a real workhorse in any commercial kitchen.
