Each burner is equipped with its own independent manually controlled dials so staff can ensure proper temperature in each section.
Boasting a polished steel cooking surface, it distributes heat evenly eliminating cold spots for consistent results. Easy to clean, it has a removable waste tray that catches grease and food particles.
