Designed to offer flexibility for menu items, the Eurodib T-G48 Countertop Professional Gas Griddle, 48" x 20" ensures outstanding cooking performance every time. Equipped with four stainless steel U-shaped burners, this unit uses 120,000 BTU of heating power, perfect for a variety of cooking tasks.
Thanks to its polished steel cooking surface, it distributes heat evenly, making it ideal for melting quesadillas, making pancakes, or cooking sausages. Each burner has its own independent manual dial controls so staff can easily adjust temperatures. To catch grease and food particles, this griddle comes with a waste tray that is easily removable for fast and efficient cleanup. Built to last, this countertop gas griddle is made from rust-resistant, exceptionally durable stainless steel with adjustable feet.
