    This saw is not just for frozen food. I tested this butcher saw out on a lamb I brought back from the family farm, and the results were excellent. It cut cleanly through every bone. Not to say it was effortless... it took a little bit of elbow grease. That is to be expected, but I was very happy with the results.

    Functionality: 5/5
    +comfortable handle.
    +adjustable blade tension.
    +replaceable blade.
    +sturdy frame, doesn't flex at all.
    -minor corrosion spots on frame after being washed several times. I recommend drying this item well after washing, and wiping it down with a little vegetable oil to prevent this.

    +ready to use out of box, arrived assembled.
    +sharp blade.
    +no sharp edges on the frame.
    +no dents, cracks, or imperfections on the handle
