Featuring four 15,000 BTU burners, this product provides even front-to-back and left-to-right heating across its heavy duty 1" thick griddle plate. Equipped with two controls, you can quickly manipulate the settings of each burner while its snap action thermostat maintains temperatures between 200°F and 450°F. Combined with a recessed piezo spark igniter, it ensures easy push button ignition to light the pilot while its embedded temperature sensors provide fast response time and accurate surface temperatures.

For added safety, all pilots have a flame loss safety shutoff. A cost-effective option, this Energy Star qualified unit is energy efficient and has low idle energy consumption. Perfect for fast-paced, high-volume commercial food service settings, this counter griddle has double walled and reinforced stainless sides and tapered backsplash for a safe and clean work environment.
