    A must-have at concession stands, snack bars, or restaurants, the Magikitch'n MKG-36 Countertop Gas Griddle 36" allows for easy set up, breakdown, and cleaning. Designed for cooking burgers, grilled cheese, and more, this product boasts six all stainless Venturi style 15,000 BTU/hr burners that provide even front-to-back and left-to-right heating across its heavy 1" thick griddle plate. Thanks to its three thermostatic controls, you can quickly and precisely adjust the temperature while its snap action thermostat maintains temperatures between 200°F and 450°F. For easy push button ignition, this Energy Star qualified griddle has a recessed piezo spark igniter and its embedded temperature sensors ensure faster response time and accurate surface temperatures.

    To ensure safety, it has a gas regulator and safety pilot with flame loss shutoff. Combining functionality and exceptional durability, this unit is built with double walled and reinforced stainless steel sides and a solid panel cabinet base. For easy cleanup, this item is designed with a tapered backsplash, extra smooth skirt finish, and no expose fasteners. It also has a front grease trough that collects grease and directs it into the removable grease box. Perfect for use in commercial kitchens with limited space, this countertop griddle has a compact design with four durable legs for outstanding stability.
