Ensure that your guests receive the type of steak (or hamburgers) they want when you place plastic steak markers into cooked steak and burgers. A smart little invention, steak markers are color-coded with the words rare, medium rare, medium, medium well or well, so that your cook can place them into steaks or burgers.
