This steamer set comes with two middle steamer stacks with small 1/16" perforations that allow you to quickly and efficiently steam food, a bottom water pan, and a secure fitting cover that traps moisture and heat as the food is cooking. In addition, convenient built in side handles enable you to easily and safely remove the stacks, even when hot.
