    Product Details for Thunder Group 1/2" French Fry Cutter

    The Thunder Group IRFFC003 1/2" French Fry Cutter is made to cut whole potatoes into 1/2" square French fry slices. Constructed with a heavy duty cast iron body, a cast iron handle and a stainless steel trough, this unit is sturdy and reliable. The frame, cutter and pusher block are also rust proof.

    This fry cutter can be either wall or table mounted and comes with a 1/2" square cutting blade, grid and matching pusher block. Economically priced, this tool is a great option for kitchens with limited counter space. Best of all, it's easy to wash and maintain. Comparable to the Winco FFC-500, Royal ROY FC 1/2, Johnson Rose 3362 and Alfa FF3.
    Do not substitute blades of a different brand for your fry cutter as compatibility is not guaranteed.

    1.). Is it possible to purchase a cutter that cuts potatoes into 1/4" squares??
    2.). Will this piece of equipment work on firmer product such as Yams??

    IRFFC001-has a 1/4" blade
    Yams work but may need to be cut in half first.
